Guess Who Wants to Be Named the Secretary of Energy but then Disband the Department!?

This is why we love Sarah Palin, folks.

Sure, sometimes she says or does things that we wish she hadn’t… but on balance her heart is in the right place and so is her brain.

She recently told CNN’s Jake Tapper that she hoped when Donald Trump was elected President he might name her as the new Secretary of the Department of Energy and then her first order of business would be to disband the department!

I think a lot about the department of energy.

Energy is my baby: oil and gas and minerals, that God dumped on this part of the earth for mankind’s use instead of us relying on unfriendly nations to import their resources.

I think a lot about the department of energy, and if I were head of that, I would get rid of it, and let the states have more control of the lands that are within their boundaries…

If I were in charge of that, it would be a short term job, but it would be really great.
