The current government of the United States is both lawless and a complete disgrace, to every Founding Father, to earlier generations of American Statesmen like Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln, and to every past and present military veteran who fought and shed blood for our liberty. The Obama is administration also a disgrace to every voting American who elected this sorry Washington “ elite “ who have broken the Constitution as surely as ancient Israel caused Moses to break the stone tablets containing the original set of Ten Commandments. One among many who has done so, is Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who, in Texas parlance, seems to believe a certain biological byproduct of her daily life, “ does not stink “.
Tens of millions of Americans depend upon the Department of State, headed for four disastrous years by Hillary Clinton, for much of our national security. Absent national security and peace through strength, individual Americans’ “ Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness “ would be dissipated into a constant quest for basic survival. Despite having imitated the lawlessness of her former boss, Barack Obama and flouted our laws and our Constitution at every conceivable turn, Hillary Clinton believes she is “ above the law “. whatever becomes of her and the innumerable transgressions committed on her watch as Secretary of State, she must be compelled to understand that she is not “ above the law. “
As a career educator with nearly 30 years in positions of leadership, I had the privilege of successfully mentoring at least 25 younger educators into positions of leadership and successful careers in their own right. One of the most profound disappointments roughly a decade ago, was watching one of the more successful of my protégés who had already held several positions as a school superintendent, destroy his own career in large part due apparently to believing he was “ above the law “.
While “ flying high “ in his career as a superintendent in one of the more highly regarded smaller school districts in my home state of Texas, he “ flew a bit too high “, as did the mythological Icarus, and the “ shiny wax on his haughty wings “ melted in the sun. After irresponsibly spending roughly 650.00 for fancy steak dinners and alcoholic beverages for himself, school board members and spouses at an elite restaurant while attending a big-city state convention, rumors of the financial indiscretion circulated rapidly back in his home school district. When a local newspaper reporter asked for a copy of the receipt for that expensive dinner under the Texas Open Records Act, this cocky school superintendent declared that said receipt “ did not exist “. Well, the receipt did in fact exist. He was eventually forced to produce it, and became the first public official in Texas to be prosecuted and convicted for violation of the Texas Open Records Law. He lost his job, his career, his license to practice his profession as an educator, and left town in disgrace.
If this can happen to a once-successful local school superintendent (prosecuted by the way, by the office of then-attorney general and now Texas governor Greg Abbott) for pretending a single record of a steak dinner did not exist, how can former Secretary of State Clinton continue to pretend that tens of thousands of public records do not exist? If a school superintendent can be convicted for refusing to submit a single public document lawfully requested, how can the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, refuse to lawfully submit tens of thousands of records from her four-year tenure in office?
What kind of nation has America become, when local school superintendents are duly prosecuted, convicted and appropriately stripped of their offices of public trust for failure to lawfully produce a single public document, while a powerful Secretary of State in a position of much more vital public trust, believes she can refuse to submit tens of thousands of documents, improperly mishandled, and that directly relate to the national security of 325 million American citizens?
Clearly, the evidence suggests that former First Lady, U.S. Senator and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton belongs in prison, not in the White House as President. No one, including Hillary Clinton, is “ above the law “.
