Arkansas is slowing down their Religious Freedom Restoration Act process in an effort to avoid the firestorm kicked up by Indiana’s recent RFRA bill. The result will be the same, even if it seems like Arkansas is bowing to pressure from liberal and gay fascist groups.
Gov. Hutchinson made a smart move. Conforming the text to federal RFRA will likely get AR the same result as Indiana without the hysteria.
