Sarah Palin Puts Heckler in His Place in New York City

Sarah Palin is a lightning rod of criticism wherever she goes, and no doubt has had to deal with more than her fair share of hecklers in the past. This Saturday she put her considerable people skills to work while leaving Saturday Night Lives 40th Anniversary episode. As she was leaving the Big Event she ran in to some unkind New York City hecklers who attacked her for her age and the way she was dressed. Mrs. Palin is never one to back down from a fight… and so she didn’t.

While stopping to sign autographs and take pictures with fans, a heckler (out of camera shot) was yelling at her about her age and her need to cover herself up more – to which she responded.

“Are you in show business? Then don’t be jealous, boy,” Palin told him.

“Hey, when you get a job, you can talk to me.”

Another heckler picked up on the theme of the first one and focused on the former Governor’s clothing choices, to which she replied that she didn’t mind the cold saying, “I’m from Alaska!”
