So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Tuesday August 20, 2013.

Are grassroots Republicans ready to stand up and fight off the wolves in their own party? It certainly seems so, as some organizations are gearing up to attack entrenched moderate Republicans. Some Tea Party groups will be focusing their fire on opponents of the Defund Obamacare movement. Republicans in South Carolina are encouraging their fellow voters to break up with noted RINO Lindsey Graham.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie continues his assault on conservative Republicans – he just signed a law banning “gay conversion therapy” for minors. His reasoning?  “People are born gay – and that homosexuality is not a sin.” Thanks for your input Governor Christie but you are not the arbiter for what is and what isn’t sin… we’ll leave that up to God, who answers that very question in the Bible.
