What We’re Reading December 26, 2014

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Friday December 26, 2014.

President Barack Obama has become a one-man revolution.

Barack Obama has introduced a quite different, third sort of revolution. He seeks to enact change that both the majority of Americans and their representatives oppose. And he tries to do it by bypassing Congress through executive orders and presidential memoranda of dubious legality.

While liberals may want to pretend different – there is definitely a war on the police. Bill de Blasio and David Dinkins have a lot in common as liberal mayors who chose lawlessness in siding against the NYPD. In the aftermath of everything that has taken place in New York, blacks and Latinos still harbor resentment towards the NYPD.

The response to Al Qaeda’s attack on a school in Pakistan has pushed the Islamic nation to finally end its moratorium on executing terrorists. They’ve been executing Christians for converting from Islam… but they weren’t ALLOWED to execute terrorists? Crazy.

ISIS is changing tactics in their efforts to continue creating a new society. New reports out of ISIS-controlled territory imply that the organization has begun to recruit families instead of just individuals.

Another study shows that religious people are happier than non-religious.
