The GOP establishment desperately wants to ensure that one of “their” candidates is the Republican candidate come 2016. To that end, they’ve been working overtime to push forward the storyline that Jeb Bush has become the accepted Republican “frontrunner” in the race. This is evidenced by all of the media coverage of late, showing Bush as the Republican polling best against the also “inevitable” Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton.
Two big problems for Bush… he is the GOP’s strongest supporter of the Common Core, and he is a firm proponent of Amnesty. Neither makes him likely to gain the support of conservatives.
Newt Gingrich sees through the smokescreen and has a reminder for everyone… Jeb Bush ain’t no frontrunner. The GOP nomination is a long way from being decided.
