Bobby Jindal Invites the Nation to Prayer

Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA) is getting more and more active as the Presidential nomination season gets closer.

He has a lot of competition on the Presidential front, so he is trying to undercut some of that by getting out in front of their constituents before they can. Possible candidates like Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann are all popular with conservative Christian voters… so Jindal has to move quick to get some of those voters before any of the other conservatives announce their runs for the White House.

He’s doing that by reaching out to Christians with a call to prayer…

Governor Jindal invites you to a day of prayer for a nation in crisis. Let’s do something to change the state of our nation.

Set aside January 24th as a time of prayer, repentance, fasting and celebration. The Response is being held at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, on the campus of LSU. Let’s lift our voices to the Lord and pray for spiritual revival.
