What We’re Reading December 10, 2014

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Wednesday December 10, 2014.

Why is no one paying attention to the audio tape of the Michael Brown shooting? Could it be because the tape supports Darren Wilson and seems to show that Brown was indeed charging him?

The Gruberization of the Democrat Party.

In a way, Gruber did the Republican cause a favor.  He bluntly confirmed what we already knew: That clever Hill staffers and lawyers purposely contrived Obamacare as an opaque thicket in order to disguise many of the law’s fees, taxes, penalties and its general government overreach. After all, remember that then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) famously told us we had to wait until the law passed to find out what was in it.

Why is the GOP establishment constantly whining about facing conservatives in the primaries?

The GOP can’t seem to agree on how to handle the now undone nuclear option in the Senate. Some want to use (or misuse) the nuclear option; others want to fix what the Democrats broke and kill the nuclear option.

The liberal magazine the New Republic is DEAD – so what’s next for puffed-up, self-important liberals who like to talk down their nose at people?

Are you happy with the lower gas prices? Then you should be thanking the folks behind “Drill, Baby, Drill.” The laws of supply and demand have brought relief to regular Americans.
