We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!
It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.
So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Tuesday December 9, 2014.
A full HALF of the Senate Democrats who voted to pass Obamacare in 2009 will not be in the new Senate when they reconvene in January. That’s amazing turnover for political seats that don’t usually change hands so quickly.

Will the Republicans big Midterm win in 2014 lead to a new push against abortion in the coming months?
Oh by the way… even liberal news outlets are now reporting that Obamacare is making our doctor shortage MUCH WORSE. I hate to say ‘we told you so’… but seriously, conservatives TOLD YOU SO.
Is one of California’s liberal Senators, Barbara Boxer (D-CA), planning her retirement?!?!
Sexual assault on college campuses may be a problem… but the recent liberal media trend to sensationalize and exaggerate it is a massive overcorrection fraught with real-world dangers.
The Rolling Stone magazine is still reeling from having their recent college assault/rape expose torn to pieces. Their author, Sabrina Rubin Erdely, may be in trouble if anyone looks too deeply at some of her other works. It seems that this kind of exaggeration may be a trend and not a one-time lapse in judgment.
Wow. A New York Times editor actually wrote that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) may have destroyed evidence in the Bridgegate Scandal! Does he have any evidence? Of course not! This runs pretty close to the exact definition of libel… if someone wanted to sue the New York Times.
