wendy davisThe Davis campaign is getting crushed, losing by almost 20 points to Republican Greg Abbott, so they are throwing everything they can against the wall and hoping that something sticks. Thus far, nothing is. The thing is, at some point doesn’t a campaign like this become counter productive for the future? Won’t Texas voters remember this in the future? Won’t the Davis campaign dragging this race through the mud work against future Democrat campaigns (Wendy Davis’ in particular)?

Either way, I wonder how deep of a hole the Davis campaign can dig.
