We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Friday October 24, 2014.

Liberals and their fellow travellers in the media have been having a riotous good time with the “Palin family BBQ brawl” story over the last few weeks. However, the very same people seem strangely silent when it comes to the cocaine-fueled adventures of the Biden family. Could it be that the feminists and the liberals who pretend to LOVE women – actually enjoy it when a conservative woman is abused?

If the Senate hopes to find respect with the American people once again… it will be up to Mitch McConnell to lead the way.

Rand Paul (R-KY) and the “conservative-realist” foreign policy – will Kentucky’s junior Senator finally be able to win over the foreign policy professionals in the GOP?

Oh boy! Things are looking WAY UP for Republicans in Iowa. Compared to the last two election cycles, Democrats have a lot of reasons to worry about turnout!

Democrat Senator Mark Begich (D-AK) is getting desperate to win reelection, going so far as to say President Obama is “not relevant.”

Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) has an idea on how we can fix Obamacare… wait for it… let’s appoint a committee! (Wow. What a great idea… sarcasm overload.)

Do Democrats Always win Close elections? If not we should be getting ready for The Democrats’ Coming Blame Game.
