Here’s What We’re Reading July 28, 2014

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Monday July 28, 2014.

Though most of Israel is united against Hamas, the anti-war left exists even within Israel. They recently held a rally in downtown Tel Aviv to call for an end to the violence and new talks with Hamas. That is until Hamas shot missiles at them.

Several thousand left-wing activists gathered in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square on Saturday evening, calling for an end to bloodshed in the Gaza Strip and a return to negotiations with the Palestinians…

The demonstrations were cut short when Hamas unilaterally ended a humanitarian truce with Israel and resumed rocket-fire from Gaza.

Haha… oh boy. I guess it’s not funny…

Hamas asked and got a 24 hour cease-fire with Israel… then they quickly violated their own cease fire.

Hamas is now allies with North Korea. So those of you siding with the Palestinians are now on team North Korea as well.

Turkey is using this horrible time in the Middle East to make things even worse.

Europe is EXLPLODING with anti-Semitism. Exploding. It is ugly, disgusting and it is real.

Ex-President (and Georgia Governor) Jimmy Carter’s grandson (Jason Carter) is running for Governor of Georgia. He wants everyone to know he is very different from his grandpa.

Americans really wish they could have a re-do on the last Presidential election. An overwhelming number of Americans would choose to vote for a different candidate if they could do things over. Romney today would win 53% – 44%.
