Guess How This Minority Rights Protester Got Killed [VIDEO]

Written by Joe Scudder

A businessman who was known to be a minority rights protester died of gunshot wounds.

While a tenant said that Majid Hemmasi was occasionally a minority rights protester, he was also an enterprising businessman.

Obviously Hemmasi was an ethnic of some sort, though I haven’t seen any information revealing whether he was an immigrant or not. It sounds like he was working hard to fulfill the American dream. He also seems to believe however that black and other minorities were treated unfairly in some way and participated in marches to raise awareness about this.

According to a local station:

FOX 7 spoke to one witness on scene who says the man who was shot and killed was his landlord. That witness wishes to conceal his name but is shocked about what happened.

“It’s unfortunate somebody would just shoot him up like that because like I said, he always helped people. From what I know, he helped everybody. He’s been in marches and protesting for blacks and minorities, that’s where I know him from.”

I’m sure that lots of people get treated unfairly, but the way Hemmasi was killed seems especially tragic and ironic. The man who “intentionally targeted” and murdered him, Sidney Parker, was African American.

In one sense, it shouldn’t matter. Justice is color-blind. But with the media constantly amplifying the “Black Lives Matter” narrative, it is a chance to reassess the big picture. We live in a culture that constantly shames a group of people by invoking “white privilege,” but condemns as racist any discussion of black criminality.

That doesn’t help any of us deal with reality. It didn’t help Majid Hemmasi.
