Some Gave All: Remembering Our Heroes in Color (Video)

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” John 15:13

Our country is built on the skeletons of those who died to make our way of living possible. Without their sacrifice as our foundation, we would crumble and fall, like every other empire in history.

We have fought so hard for what we have. Whether you are a parent, sibling, grandparent or child of a military member, or you are a military member, both sides of the fence give great deal. It takes a special person to walk head on into a fight, not knowing if they will make it back….fully willing to give their life if it comes to it.

That is the true definition of patriotism, of love.

Today, Memorial Day, we remember all those who gave their lives and we also remember those who offered their lives but still made it back home. They are all heroes. We remember them all.
