What We’re Reading January 23, 2014
We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!
It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.
So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Thursday January 23, 2014.
President Obama’s approval rating is a bad sign for Democrats in 2014.
Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) is awesome. He is set to propose more than 1$ Billion in tax cuts! Wisconsin is about to explode economically. This may make Wisconsin the place to be for economic opportunity.
The civil unrest in the Ukraine is an example of what happens when we are not vigilant about our rights. The moment we wake up and realize that our rights are being taken… may be too late.
Sweden has socialized healthcare, but there is a huge problem… wait times. Because of the long wait times that most Swedes experience in the public system, more and more Swedes are buying private healthcare too. (That makes sense, pay very high taxes to cover your public healthcare… then pay high prices to get private healthcare too.)
Iran says that their Nuke deal with the Obama administration doesn’t say anything about dismantling anything! That doesn’t seem worthwhile for us… but since the Obama administration negotiated it, it’s probably right.
Some environmentalists who were protesting fracking chained and glued themselves to the wrong the gas station.
Here’s how corrupted PBS has become by the liberal elites in the coastal cities… they’re honoring Sarah Silverman and Lena Dunham as “Women who make America.” Seriously? PBS, you’re morons.
