Everyone knows what it’s like to have a bad day at work. Sometimes it’s your own fault, and sometimes it’s someone else who makes everything fall apart. The good folks at Liberty Bottleworks ran into one of “those” people this Christmas season when a customer became unhappy with their service.
The customer apparently became irate, emailing and leaving nasty voicemail messages for the employees who were not there to help solve her problem. Liberty Bottleworks’ co-founder responded to her complaints in unique fashion by going directly to the source and doing so in public, on the company’s Facebook page.
Perhaps this little run-in with some folks who are willing to defend themselves will encourage the online complainer to be a little bit more civil next time?
