Winter Storm Jonas continues to pound the Northeast as the historic winter storm drops enormous amounts of snow from Virginia northward.
The major metro areas have seen upwards of 2 feet of snow over the weekend. Meanwhile, parts of West Virginia have seen more than 40 inches of the white stuff, making most travel in the region impossible.
With less than a week to go before the Iowa caucuses, billionaire businessman Donald Trump continues to hold his death grip on the GOP race for the White House, and the strain of the race is starting to show on various factions of the GOP. In fact, the latest polls of the race in Iowa all show Trump holding a lead in the important early state of Iowa. CBS has him 5 points over Cruz (with every other candidate all but dead), and Fox News has Trump up by 11 and again showing the other candidates as almost inconsequential in the race.

Speaking of Fox News and Donald Trump, the GOP frontrunner believes that Fox should ban Megyn Kelly from the upcoming debate, something Fox News says will not be happening.
Bernie Sanders was trying to use a page out of the GOP handbook, and it seems to have backfired. Apparently, Democrat voters like their establishment a whole lot more than Republican voters do.
