Ted Cruz Acts Out His Favorite Scene from the ‘Princess Bride’ – You Don’t Want to Miss This

Senator and presidential candidate Ted Cruz (R-TX) was stumping through New Hampshire when he sat down for a roundtable with voters during a segment for local news station WMUR9. The segment is called “Candidate Café,” and it takes the presidential candidates and sits them down with “real” New Hampshire voters for a breakfast conversation. Perhaps the most revealing moment of the breakfast (and maybe the entire campaign) was when Cruz revealed that he was just “one of us” by talking about his favorite scene in one of his (and every other red-blooded American’s) favorite movies. Watch and then share as Senator Ted Cruz brilliantly reenacts one of the great scenes from the Princess Bride.

You can compare it to the real scene (starting around the 2 minute mark).

Ted Cruz as president would be wonderful if just for these awesome culturally instructive moments!
