What We’re Reading September 22, 2015

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Tuesday, September 22, 2015.

Does anyone else worry that President Obama may actually be completely and utterly delusional? After hearing his recent comments on America, I am concerned for his mental health.

The decision to resettle Muslim refugees from Syria throughout Europe and in the United States continues the string of scams, shams and fraudulent deals that President Obama has gotten us all into.

Is Rand Paul having a tough time getting traction with the media? It sure seems like it. He recently won an important straw poll in Michigan, but Carly Fiorina grabbed the headlines.

Will Stauff at the Conservative Report writes that important conservative pundits Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh should come out now and endorse Ted Cruz.

Hannity and Rush, you guys are not journalists, you are commentators! Where does this we want to remain objective observers of the primary process crap come from. You are supposed to be leaders in the conservative movement. Start acting like it instead of playing footsies with the pseudo-conservative intelligencia of the DC establishment!

The Weekly Standard was very impressed with Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) after CNN’s GOP debate.

While their fireworks have earned Carly Fiorina and Donald Trump the most attention after Wednesday night’s Republican debate in California, the winner for the most detailed and substantive performance may go to Marco Rubio…

But Rubio has come away from the first two televised debates unscathed, sounding more presidential than not, and demonstrating a deeper understanding of foreign policy than just about any of the other candidates. It’s part of a long game for the Rubio campaign, and with more performances like Wednesday’s, he may be playing for longer than his current poll numbers suggest.

Erick Erickson at RedState wants to remind everyone that Carly Fiorina may not be as conservative as we all hope.
