Who Voted to End Debate on Defunding Obamacare in the Senate

The roll call lists published by the U.S. Senate, tells us that there were 79 senators who voted in support of cloture.

By voting for cloture, the Senators were, basically voting to fund Obamacare. While Republican Senators may be opposed to this characterization of their vote, there was no way to stop Obamacare funding once cloture was passed.
