We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!
It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.
So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Tuesday September 24, 2013.
The sell-out of conservative voters is beginning… from Breitbart News, “A source in Congress tells Breitbart News that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Minority Whip John Cornyn are using their leadership positions to pressure other Republicans to oppose Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in his campaign to defund Obamacare.” The Republican leadership is full of RINO sellouts and it’s high-time we retire them.
To make matters worse, harry Reid says Defunding Obamacare is dead on arrival in the Senate. Reid also says, “We’re not going to bow to tea party anarchists who deny that Obamacare is the law.”
Speaking on the topic of these weak-kneed Republicans Mark Levin took them to task for their cowardice.
One John McCain adviser held nothing back when speaking about Ted Cruz (R-TX) “He f*cking hates Cruz… He’s just offended by his style.” Meanwhile Ted Cruz doesn’t mind speaking his own mind about Senator McCain, “I don’t know a conservative who didn't feel embarrassed voting in 2006 or 2008,” Cruz told GQ, McCain was the GOP candidate for president in 2008. “I think the Republican Party lost its way. We didn’t stand for the principles we’re supposed to believe in.”
Obamacare keeps getting worse and worse... and there’s no end in sight since Republican leadership refuses to fight.
Will Congress take the American public’s warning about the Obamacare exemptions? A full 92% of America does not believe Congress should be exempt.
Obamacare nightmare stories continue to pour out from Americans all over the country…
Lois Lerner has become famous as the face of the IRS scandal – well, she’s stepping out of the spotlight now, by retiring. You can be sure that the White House will look to make her a scapegoat in the IRS debacle.
