Republicans Blast Obama’s Actions as “Outrageous” his Amnesty Speech as a “Gruber Speech”

On Thursday night President Obama announced to America that he had indeed become the king of our country and as so, he would be rewriting the law as he saw fit. He detailed his plan for Executive Amnesty that would grant immunity from past crime to some 5 million plus lawbreakers. The speech was typical Obama fare, and his lapdog media ate it up.

However, far from being one of his best speeches, it simply laid bare the bankruptcy of liberal ideas. The liberals in America cannot get the majority of Americans to support their policies, so instead, they simply foist their ideas upon us as if we were serfs living in some medieval feudal society where the Democrats RULE instead of lead.

Thankfully we have some conservatives willing to stand against the evil that is the Obama administration. They are willing to stand and speak truth the lies that spew forth from Obama, the Democrats and the Media.

Listen to what Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Michele Bachmann (R-MN) had to say on Hannity about Obama’s Amnesty (Obamnesty anyone?) and his disgusting little speech from Thursday.

Gohmert:

“When people are saying, Oh, he’s not changing the law, he’s not making the law – The law is that if you’re illegally in this country, you are not allowed to work. The president has said, Well, Congress didn’t act, I waited six years, and so I’m going to go ahead and do that. That is outrageous! That is such an offense to the Constitution… It is so offensive to African-Americans and Hispanic-Americans who have an enormously high unemployment rate. This President has come in and said, ‘for political gain I’m going to give 5 million people the authority to work here, even though that’s illegal.’”

Bachmann:

“I felt like I was watching Jonathan Gruber, because all I heard was contempt for the American people, as though he thought we were so stupid that somehow, he could say that his illegal actions were legal and we would all turn over and roll over and believe it. It’s not true.”

On CNN Thursday night Newt Gingrich echoed the sentiments shared by Rep. Bachmann.
